- Graduate Trainees are applicants that
  - are not more than 28 years of age
  - graduated not earlier than 2014
  - have a Bachelor’s Degree in either of the following categories: First Class, Second Class upper, Second Class lower with Masters Degree OR HND (minimum of Upper Credit) with Masters Degree in designated disciplines.
  - must have completed NYSC or possess NYSC exemption certificate at the time of this application
- Experienced Hires are applicants that fall under either the Senior Officer/ Supervisory cadre or Managerial cadre
  The Senior Officer and Supervisory cadre are for applicants that:
  - are not more than 34 and 37 years of age respectively as at December 31st, 2018.
  - have a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following categories: First Class, Second Class upper, Second Class lower with Masters Degree OR HND (minimum of Upper Credit) with Masters Degree in designated disciplines.
  - possess minimum of 6 and 9 years’ relevant experience respectively.
  - must have completed NYSC or possess NYSC exemption certificate at the time of this application
  The Managerial cadre are for applicants that:
  - are not more than 45 years of age as at December 31st, 2018.
  - have a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following categories: First Class, Second Class upper, Second Class lower with Masters Degree OR HND (minimum of Upper Credit) with Masters Degree in designated disciplines.
  - possess minimum of 18 – 20 years’ relevant experience with, at least 3 – 5 years at managerial/leadership level in an organisation of comparative size.
  - must have completed NYSC or possess NYSC exemption certificate at the time of this application
