1.) Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor (M/F)

Job Descriptions

Construction/Precommisioning activities:

  • To check the engineering documents prepared by the contractor – in his discipline – and to give timely comments on and/or approval of, in accordance with contract procedures and requirements. To check the incorporation of such comments by the contractor.
  • Check the progress of the work performed by the contractor.
  • To participate in technical reviews as requested by his management.
  • To ensure that all risks are well anticipated and reduced as much as possible by the contractor. Control of the contractor during hook-up/precommisioning activities
  • To ensure that the quality of the E&I erection work performed by contractor and sub-contractors complies with contract requirements
  • Assess any requests by the contractor to deviate from quality control procedures or requirements and make appropriate recommendation to the Head of hook-up.
  • To participate in weekly and ad-hoc meetings with the contractor.
  • To report on the work performed by the contractor and on any problems encountered to the E&I Lead.
  • Liaise with the Structure & Piping Supervisor as required.

Reporting:

  • Report on any problem encountered in his discipline to the E&I Lead.
  • To prepare the daily report in his discipline.
  • To carry out any other duties as may be assigned by hierarchy.

Profile

  • Experienced supervisor with a high technical level in his specialization, with minimum7 years working experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with good experience in engineering designs and execution at construction phase, in the context of large international projects.
  • Good relationship with Contractor personnel

2.) Coordinator, Methods & Field Operations

Job Description

  • Represent ECP in all coordination activities between ECP and over TEPNG entities: review of planning & work progress, drilling program, Opersafe, DGS review, etc.
  • Act as ECP focal point to transmit information needed by Field Operations entity: integrated planning, cost estimate, etc.
  • Identify and resolve blocking points within ECP and those related to interfaces arising from other TEPNG entities for ECP activities (except for ECP Projects which have separate interface management process)
  • Ensure the effectiveness of ECP and over TEPNG entities interface:
    • Exchange of necessary information between the entities.
    • Alignment of priorities.
    • Balanced view of objective, capacity and constraints
  • Review ECP planning/scheduling milestones in order to conform to ECP- over TEPNG entities interface information/agreement.
  • Participate to ECP weekly meetings internal audit, project review, yearly objective meeting, organizational discussion, etc.
  • Assist in resolving ECP internal issues: budget, SAP, engineering, material, construction presentation, constructability review, procedure, documentation, etc.

Profile

  • University Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Petroleum/Structural Engineering with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience in Petroleum Field Operations/Construction of Petroleum surface facilities in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Knowledge and hand-on experience on use planning application (Primavera/Microsoft Project) of Petroleum Maintenance Operations/Project activities is required.
  • Knowledge of project management in the Oil & Gas is also essential.

3.) Mechanical Deputy Supervisor (M/F)
